Building Companies for Generational Impact
Why "Rally?"
Rally Construction Group (RCG) is a portfolio of construction-focused companies building communities throughout Florida and Southern Georgia. And we're part of a larger community of businesses—simply called Rally—creating value through innovative solutions for our customers and their communities. The "Rally" moniker denotes our commitment to come alongside—to rally in support of—like-minded, proven, values-driven leaders and businesses who desire to do the same. And our collective roots in Florida are deep, reaching back to Tiger Holmes, who founded Holmes Lumber in 1954 and laid the groundwork for a family legacy that continues today. As Florida natives, the Holmes family has spent decades building trusted relationships and strengthening local communities through honest work and purposeful leadership.
Building on that legacy, RCG believes that we are far better and more capable together than apart. Our companies are built on the backs of leaders with decades of experience and clear, proven records of success across custom residential and commercial projects. We understand that performance gets you in the room, but trust and confidence in execution keeps you there, and we are committed to building trustworthy companies and multiplying our impact.
Rallying these leaders and businesses together creates demonstrable strength in risk mitigation and maximizes opportunities by empowering leaders to execute collaboratively—the result of collaboration among proven leaders building on common values.
We steward; we don’t own.
We understand we have been given everything, so we manage what has been entrusted to us with responsibility and accountability.
We prize excellence.
We consistently seek opportunities for growth, knowing that excellence is a daily commitment to improvement.
We value integrity.
Our words and actions reflect Biblical truth, ensuring that our yes is always yes—we do what we say we'll do.
We walk in humility.
We posture ourselves as learners, ready to receive feedback and boldly step into the purpose God has for us.
We think like owners.
True leaders take responsibility, reject passivity, and make things happen with clarity, courage, and a servant’s heart.
We get stuff done.
We act with intention and recognize that what we do in any one area reflects how we approach everything.
We build on people
HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO
The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint to keep from meddling with them while they do it.
—Teddy Roosevelt
Since we believe in building generational companies—creating stability for owners, opportunity for employees, and enduring value for communities—we invest mainly in people. We partner with leaders and operators who share our values, equip them with necessary training and resources, and trust them to lead excellent businesses. We are thankful for such high character and high value leaders.
